Kuria is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Governance, Commercial Division, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a postgraduate diplo-ma in law from the Kenya School of Law, and is currently working on his Masters in Laws (LLM) at the University of Nairobi. Prior to joining the firm, Kuria had over five years of corporate experience. He was previously the Head of Legal and Operations at Gems Africa Limited. Kuria has vast experience in business concerns such as regulatory compliance across many industries, acquisition agreements, corporate governance, and conducting due diligence investigations. He also counsels customers on general business issues, investment funds, and restructuring.
